  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in being charged the full session fee.

  • No-shows without prior notice will also be charged in full.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


7. Service Limitation Policy (Not a Crisis Service)

Our counseling and educational services are designed to provide guidance, support, and tools for growth. However:

  • We are not an emergency or crisis service.

  • If you are in immediate danger, or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call your local emergency number right away.

  • Our services do not replace professional medical, psychiatric, or legal treatment.

  • While we take steps to ensure confidentiality and safety, we cannot guarantee absolute privacy over the internet.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a safe and private space for online sessions.
